Located in the commune of Recoleta (Chile), the Children’s Bicentenary Park by Elemental is a wide public space, which answers to the social need of green areas and is tailored to its little users, with wooden slides, tree houses, water playscapes and the former grillwork turned into a red labyrinth.
Built in 2011 in London, Ridleys: Temporary Restaurant by Atelier ChanChan turned a void inside a market into a new food experience. Meals with “zero food miles’” were prepared at ground-floor level, cooking the market produce and then were raised by a mechanical table up to the guests on the first floor.

Wereld van de Witte de With is not a tongue-twister but is the street where the homonymous 3-days festival is taking place in Rotterdam (The Netherlands). From 14 to 16 September the public will be asked to take part, shape the urban fabric, think of alternative ideas to solve social issues and make the public space more vibrant.
